Happy Saturday

It looks as though we're going to be having decently warm and dry weather over the weekend which is nice! Sarah and Dave came down from Brandenburg last night, stayed over and headed back home this morning with our old, smaller freezer to use at their place! It's always good to see them, which is not often enough considering they're only about 100 miles away!

Barbara wants to go to Home Depot this morning to see about getting a "chair height" toilet for our bathroom. We'd put one into the master bath at the Sycamore condominium, and we both really liked it. They're much easier to use than the standard "low" toilets. In addition, the one in our bathroom has an inordinate amount of trouble fully-flushing at times.

Song thought for now is the version of "New World Coming" as recorded by The Association:

I like this version better than the one by Nina Simone, as her original has too much apocalyptic imagery in it for me, not being a believer in the Apocalypse as commonly thought of.
